Pick-ups: from the Whangamata Information Centre are FREE
Please note: Our deliveries are sent out Monday - Wednesday. If your order is placed between Thursday - Sunday it will be dispatched the following Monday. We do this to ensure our plants are not stuck in transit or in depots over the weekend. Delivery times may vary depending on your location (1- 3 days). Some remote and rural areas may take a little longer. If your order has not been received within a reasonable time, please contact us and we can track your plant and see what is going on.
All orders are sent as non signature required, if you’re not going to be home on delivery please include details of where you would like the courier to leave your plant at check out.
How does the plant arrive?
We have our own corrugated cardboard boxes, they’re made from 68% recycled paper and the rest is from sustainable trees grown in New Zealand and the boxes are fully recyclable. They’re designed to protect the plant during delivery, by locking the plant in place. The boxes open easily and have slots inside to allow a greeting card to be added without the need to use glue or extra packaging.
What if my plant is lost during transit?
Little Green Corner will not be liable for the loss of plant if your plant order can be tracked to the delivery address provided at the time of your order. If your parcel has been lost in transit due to handling by our couriers, we will contact you to either refund or replace your order ASAP.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email, make sure you hold onto this in case you have any problems with your purchase.
Little Green Corner does not accept returns or exchanges on any of our plants or pots so please choose well as all sales are final.
Unfortunately sometimes live plants and couriers don't always make the best combo. Leafs may be lost, bent or bruised and soil may be displaced while in transit. Your plants will recover from their little adventure, and with the right care continue to thrive once they find their place and settle into their new home.
If you find your plant has suffered severe damage during its journey to you please email email@example.com within 2 working days. Send a picture of your damage with the plant still within its packaging so we can lodge a claim with our courier and a refund will be arranged.
